We approach every client and project with humility and attention to detail. We do not act selfishly or with ego, and we are always honest about our qualifications. If we do not have an answer, we will find one. We do not pretend to be experts on topics we do not know about and do not play games or place blame when errors occur. Instead, we view mistakes as opportunities to learn and grow.

During the brainstorming process, we create a non-judgmental environment and encourage the free flow of ideas without fear of criticism, allowing for a more dynamic and effective approach to creativity. We are experts when it comes to taking on challenges that require innovative thinking and welcome unique projects that others may not be willing to tackle. To achieve these objectives, we explore a range of professional fields, even seemingly unrelated ones like community development and planning, neuroscience, high-performance/sports psychology, and environmental sciences. We avoid falling into the trap of routines and patterns by continuously challenging our beliefs and preconceptions. Our approach focuses on the psychological and philosophical aspects of each individual, considering their lifestyles and goals as we work through a project. Our team values originality and gives credit where it’s due while steering clear of plagiarism and negative language.

We avoid working with individuals or companies that demonstrate egotistical, abusive or belittling behaviour, opaque pricing, lack of process, or inattentiveness. Our priority is to align ourselves with those who respect the needs of all stakeholders in the project, ensuring a successful outcome for everyone involved.

Our Approach to Communication

Good Faith Communication is key to ensure the success of any project, and at Andrasta Design + Consulting, we prioritize respectful and organized communication throughout the entire project. Email is our preferred communication method, and we expect prompt attention and timely responses to all communication. Whether you are a client or a trade partner, it is essential to read, understand and aptly respond to all emails related to the project. We believe knowledge is power so asking clarifying questions is always encouraged. If there is uncertainty about any aspect of the project, ask. We certainly do!

Note: Disrespectful or ineffective communication, such as delaying responses to emails or using combative language, can harm the working relationship with Andrasta Design and Consulting and may lead to the termination of the partnership.

By prioritizing self-care, individuals can maintain their productivity levels and achieve their goals without sacrificing their well-being or the success of the project.
