Woodworking Classes

Woodworking Classes Tailored for Women, LGBTQIA+ and Non-Binary Folks for Whatcom and Skagit Locals

These classes are specifically designed for folks who have never had the chance to learn how to use woodworking tools. Hosted at the Andrasta Woodworking Shop in Bow, Washington, we offer a variety of classes including:

  • box making
  • how to build and install floating shelves
  • make your own end tables – wood and metal class
  • wood finishing 101
  • basic shop tools 101
  • basic hand tools 101
  • tips for maintaining your home as a tools-on handy person
  • materials and how they effect your project
